Working under AHA Behavioral Design, I worked with the Philippines' Department of Health and Department of Education to facilitate a series of five-day planning sessions and train-the-trainer workshops for three pilot areas in the country: Eastern Samar, Bataan, and Antique. The project was funded by the Asian Development Bank.

 

The workshops were designed to guide department heads in planning the HLI implementation in their provinces, including providing templates for creating objectives, implementation timelines, and budgets for the program. Additionally, I trained trainers to deliver HLI information to all of the target schools in their district. I was also responsible for documenting and writing reports on each training program in the pilot areas.
