UNLEASH Hacks are regional online innovation sprints that provide the youth (18-35 years old) with tools and skills to develop and pitch projects with local impact. The hacks are done on Zoom over two consecutive Saturdays with office hours in between hack days.

 

I was a facilitator for the UNLEASH Hacks in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia (SDGs 9, 13), Japan (SDGs 4, 16), Bangladesh (SDG 4), Mongolia (SDGs 3, 11), and Nepal (SDGs 2, 13). I guided the talents to navigate the design thinking process and prepare them for pitching. I also introduced design thinking principles through presentations and recommendations and offered support in refining the teams' solutions during office hours.

 

In the Japan Hacks,  I also took part in the call for applications and the selection of talents.
